Section Article 3 section 2 - State Election Board - Creation - Membership

§ 2. State Election Board - Creation - Membership. The Legislature shall create a State Election Board to be charged with the supervision of such elections as the Legislature shall direct. Not more than a majority of the members of said Board shall be selected from the same political party.
