"Minute" in Oklahoma Criminal Law

When you hear the term "minute" in relation to Oklahoma criminal law it is a reference to a notation in the docket sheet. (The docket sheet can be found online on either OSCN.net or ODCR.com). The judge's clerk (sometimes called minute clerk) keeps court minutes as part of the record, to keep track of what happened at a particular hearing.
