Tulsa County Search Warrants Database

After search warrants are served the search warrants, the search warrant return (sometimes the property receipt is filed instead of the return) and the affidavit that was used to obtain the search warrant are filed as public record. Listed below are the search warrants, the returns and the affidavits that were filed in Tulsa County District Court. The individuals that these search warrants are issued for are presumed innocent until and if proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. These search warrants are listed as a service to attorneys who practice in Tulsa County so that they can search the previously filed search warrants that may contain evidence to be used to challenge search warrants issued against their clients.

Travis Ludwig is a Tulsa Police Officer that was arrested in September 2009 for possession of drugs.  (Read the Tulsa World article concerning his arrest.) What was not widely reported was that recovered with the search warrants was a silencer. I am unsure what a police officer would be doing with a silencer, but they recovered one from Officer Ludwig. There were lots of firearms also recovered such as an AR-15 and a .50 caliber Barett SNIPER RIFLE. Also recovered was $4280 hidden in a false bottom Barbasol can. I have included these search warrants and affidavits so you can read this information for yourself. (Ludwig Search Warrants)
