Complaint in Schwartz v Cruz, 16-CV-106 Southern District of Texas

On January 14, 2016 Texas Trial Lawyer Newton Boris Schwartz, Sr. filed a lawsuit in United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Schwartz v Cruz 16-CV-106) challenging Republican presidential canidate Ted Cruz's eligibility to be a canidate for President of the United States alleging he is not a "natrual born citizen" of the United States as required by Article II, Section I, Clause V of the United States Constitution.
