Court Network (OSCN) provides a variety of useful legal
information. Using OSCN you can search Court
Dockets to find out the status of a case or if charges
have been filed. You can perform legal research of statutes, case law and Jury Instructions.
You can even use OSCN to see what cases are on a particular judge's daily docket. Go to the Courts
Section of OSCN and you can find out the addresses,
Court Clerks and judges of all of the state courts in
Oklahoma.

| Oklahoma Department of Public Safety | The Oklahoma Department of Public Safety is a useful website that provides legal information concerning the operation of motor vehicles in the state of Oklahoma. Click here for a copy of the Oklahoma Driver's Manual. If you have been arrested for DUI or DWI and need to request either a modification or a hearing concerning a suspension this is the Modification/Hearing Request form used by the legal department. If you need the form to provide the legal department with information concerning your vehicle for a modification here is the form the legal departmnet uses. |
If you believe a Tulsa Police Officer has violated a policy of the Tulsa Police Department or violated your rights you can file an internal affairs complaint against that officer. It is important that citizens file these complaints because records of those complaints are kept by internal affairs. Even if nothing is done about your particular complaint it could be used in the future to establish a pattern of behaviour. Under some circumstances the officer's internal affairs file is available for individuals accused of crimes to show that the officer is not believable or trustworthy.
