Pryor is close enough to Tulsa, that you can simply hire a bail bondsman out of Tulsa. I highly recomend Angel Alameda with Alameda Bail Bonds. I have know Angel since highschool, he really takes good care of my clients and he is a quality individual. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY BOND ANGEL HAS POSTED. Not to mention Angel has very good rates, some of the best in town.
