Print out and complete this Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction form. After you complete the form make at least 4 copies, file the form at the court clerk's office of the county you are charged in. Print out and complete the McGirt Heaaring Order and drop off a copy of the filed motion to dismiss and a hearing order in the judge's "In Box". After the judge signs the hearing order retrieve the hearing order from the box judge's clerk or from the judge's "outbox" and make copies of the Hearing Order and file it at the court clerk's office and leave a copy for the District Attorney.
